#1. Negative criticism of the President and Monarch or of the United States government generally, shall be punishible by death by the firing squad.

#2. Banners containing a rendering of the President and Monarch shall be prominently displayed on all government buildings and all private buildings of more than four stories.

#3. The following Cabinet Departments are abolished: Department of Education, Agriculture, Energy, Labor, Commerce, Interior, Health and Human Services, Transportation and Housing and Urban Development.

#4. The national debt is hereby repudiated.

#5. The United States shall no longer honor federal reserve notes. The Federal Reserve is hereby abolished. The United States shall accept and tender only precious metals and securities backed by precious metals for all debts and commerce.

#6. All federal land is hereby open to homesteading.

#7. Homosexual "marriages" shall not be recognized.

#8. The United States Postal Service shall sell its assets and deposit the proceeds into the U.S. Treasury.

#9. Social Security and the Social Security Administration are hereby abolished.

#10. Compulsory education shall not be practiced.

#11. Child labor laws are hereby repealed. There shall be no legal minimum wage or maximum hours laws. OSHA is hereby abolished.

#12. There shall be NO rule #12.
