Hoping to escape the Groundhog daylike New Hampshire Primary, Colin Carpenter officially conceded the race for the Progressive Conservative nomination.

"Its been the same day for 2 months, and there is only so much of one day that I can take. I've been campaigning and campaigning, yet whenever I think results are going to come in, my hopes are dashed"

Carpenter plans to immediately leave the country, and hopefully, the timezone.
