THE JUDGES

�1. The Prime Minister shall have the power to appoint judges to the Supreme Court.

�2. The Judges shall take their position immediately.

�3. A Judge shall be recalled from their position if the Parliament fails to approve their appointment to the courts.

�4. The Imperial Council may overturn the recall of the Judge.

�5. Judges shall serve for life or until resignation, recall or death.

�6. This takes effect upon decree.
