A Bill to Cut Off Federal Funding to Any Institution of Higher Learning That Give Advantages based on race
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This Act may be cited as the 'Anti-Affirmative Action Bill'.
SECTION 2. FINDINGS
Whereas, affirmative action gives advantages to people based on race and other characteristics they cannot change Whereas, giving advantages to people based on race is unfair, racist and potentially unconstitutional Whereas, many pro-affirmative-action advocates say affirmative action makes up for centuries of racism against African-Americans and other, two wrongs don't make a right Whereas, America must have the most qualified workers, as opposed to workers of a specific race Whereas, affirmative action gives an advantage to less qualified people Whereas, many pro-affirmative action advocates say affirmative action is to make up for years of subpar eductation, Whereas, a college education does not make up for 13 years of unsuccessful learning at the elementary and high school level.
Section 3-Actions No institution of higher eductation recieving federal funds shall not give advantages in its admissions process based on race. Any institution of higher education found to give people an advantage in it's admissions proccess based on race will forfiet all federal funds.
Section 4. Compliance and Enactment Dates Affected institutions have 5 months to comply with Section 3 of this bill The bill takes effect immediatly. |
