Mr. Garwood,
I am currently working on a bill, the Rural Revitalization Act. If you wouldn't mind, would you possibly set this bill you have authoredaside so we can put our two heads together to write a comprehensive bill aimed at urban and rural areas? |

Sure, im me. My sn is skubrick04 and we can exchange ideas. I will keep this legislation out just to test the waters and see what kind of support/criticism of the bill exists.

I'm interested in supporting this bill, however, I'm going to wait to see what the amendments are and what everyone decides for the final product.

I echo the comments of Mr. Cherry. I will co-sponsor this bill if collaboration efforts fail, if they succeed then I will co-sponsor the final product.

This bill also has my interest. I will most likely co on it, but like my two previous colleagues, would like to wait and see of what comes of it first.

It probably has some rough edges to work out, but I'm looking for cosponsors and possible some tips on fixing up the bill.

Write the amendment exactly as you would like it to look. I'm not very good at writing these bills yet. If the amendment looks good, I'd have no problem with it.

I'll see if I can do it before I leave for FL this afternoon. If not it'll have to wait until I return Sunday night. |

I also would like to see cooperation in drafting this bill with Henry Brook's ideas included.

In case you haven't noticed, you do not debate bills in the hopper -- so please stop.

Shouldn't we be specific on which countries we are embargoing, rather than leaving it open-ended like this draft does?
(I may co-sponsor) |

The reason it is open ended is because i would like the country to define which nations are violating human rights specifically, and go through all of them in the proper legislative manner, so that we make no mistakes. If you like, I will be more specific about this, but I would appreciate hearing some of the nations you would like there. Co-sponsors would be appreciated greatly.
