Now we must help them. Pre-emptively promise to veto this hateful act, I think, and you'll manage both to help your numbers and to enrage the right Democrats.

Unregistered	I agree. Lifting the embargo would provide plenty of opportunities for Castro's regime to begin violating U.S. laws in smuggling and racketeering. Plus, if the bill passes, the Cubans in Miami probably won't vote for you in the next election, and there goes Florida and the election.
