Madam Chairwoman,
I have questions for the sponsors of this resolution. 1. Which nations have signed onto Kyoto? 2. Is there any cost to the federal government to implement to Kyoto? 3. What are the costs to private businesses to implement Kyoto? Thank you. Rep. Dave Anderson Republican 11th District New Jersey |
