The Hon. Rep. Jim Thayner introduced the following bill for himself.

A BILL

SECTION 1: Title

This bill shall be known as the Sexual Rights Act.

SECTION 2: Findings

The Congress finds that:

In the Highly Esteemed State of New York, minors are allowed to have abortions without parental consent.

SECTION 3: Consent

No state within these United States shall pass any law prohibiting or inhibiting the ownership, purchase, or possession of pornographic materials regardless of age.
