No way, we are proposing the OR, we are the presumptive majority, we get first pick. We chose JUDICIARY and GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS.
Nice try Mers. |

listen, maybe if you paid attention instead of just being so blatanly partisan you'd realize that the plan was to set up two seperate drafts one presuming the majority for us and one for presuming the majority for you guys. Thats why there is a Fobes and a Mers Committee Draft, it allows us to only have to do this once.

Pardon my intrusion but as far as I am aware roll call figures are used in determining who is the presumptive majority and minority.
Roll call figures show: Democrats 50 Progressives 10 Total 60 Republican 42 Federalist 15 Libertarian 8 Total 65 Plus there are 5 Independents. Therefore any presumptions show the GOP/FP/LP to be the majority unless the Democrats can assure the allegiance of all 5 Independents in which case it is a tie. |

Well, okay here's the thing.
The agreement is that our coalition will get to go first on the next OR. That's why our draft is up. But their's is up too so that next time, should our OR fail, they will already have one to go, so we don't delay any further. As soon as Josh posts a press release agreeing to the agreement, then we can begin doing the drafts in the separate threads. |
