Please Note for the record.
If the presumptive minority leader does not respond to this draft before 9 PM this evening (11/19/04), giving them 24 hours since its inception, I am going to assume that they are giving up their first selection and make my next selection. I see nothing in the rules to prohibit this .. I think 24 hours is a reasonable time period to respond. |

i know its just a typo but you should have EC not EW
