The following rules apply to all caucuses:
| QUOTE | Section 1. Formation and Survival
A. A Caucus may be created at any time after the Caucus has received at minimum ten (10) signers and has been approved by an ABer. All ten (10) signers must sign into the new caucus within seven (7) days.
B. A Caucus must have a proper name and a set statement of the priorities of the Caucus on top of ten (10) signers.
C. At no time can the Caucus have a membership less than ten (10), any Caucus, with membership below ten (10), may be removed. Membership will be determined at periodic intervals, as the Caucus must report a count every two (2) months (meaning an official roster must be submitted every two months.) Any member on the roster, must have signed in properly, and participate in at least two (2) Caucus events. They must have also been a member for at least one (1) week. If a Caucus fails at producing ten (10) members, there will be a one (1) week grace period to find another member.
Section 2. Caucus Membership
A. Any active member of the simulation may join a Caucus, assuming the leadership approves that member.
B. All players may claim membership in two (2) Caucus�s at a time.
C. Caucus members have the right to leave a Caucus, once they have been in it for no less than forty-eight (48) hours.
D. Any member(s) who is (are) inactive for any long period of unexcused absence, which may be determined by the Caucus, may be removed, by a simple majority vote..
Section 3. Caucus Guidelines and General Information
A. No Caucus may be formed for sexual, racial, or discriminatory reasons.
B. A Caucus may sanction up to two (2) events during a week upon approval from the AB. Only one of those events may be a fundraiser.
D. Caucus will be rewarded monthly, with funds for Activity. Every Caucus is guaranteed $250,000 a month. The more stuff you do, the more money you will receive. All events must be posted in the Press Release Forum, and a link posted in the proper thread at my desk.
E. Every Caucus must elect leadership, which shall comprise of, but not limited to the following positions: Chair, Vice Chair, Media Consultant, and Treasurer.
F. Caucus bylaws must be set-up, and enforced. These must be approved within three (3) weeks of setting up a Caucus.
Section 4. Caucus Abilities
A. Endorse legislation, rally support for issues, or, support a candidate.
B. Hold events to make the position of your Caucus clear to the public.
C. Hold fundraisers to earn money for campaign distributions.
Section 5. Caucus Costs
All Ads bought for a Presidential, and or Senatorial race, will follow the prices set by the Administrator in charge of those elections.

Medium Rally (6-10 speakers)- $575,000
Large Rally (11 + speakers)- $1,125,000
