- SomethingToTalkAbout is not responsible for any transactions conducted here. Any member found to be abusing and suspected fraud within will be banned.
- No test/survey of market allowed within this forum as well as its sub forums.
- Do kindly include the [WTB] or the [WTS] tags in your thread's header. Failure to do so results in deletion of the particular thread. No questions asked.
- Traders MUST be able to deliver the merchandise as promised; in terms of the delivery period, merchandise�s contents, merchandise�s condition and et cetera.
- Traders found delaying the completion of a transaction upon agreement in between two parties could be found guilty of fraud act.
- Traders are allowed to �BUMP� his or her own thread ONCE a day.
- Refrain from jeopardizing other�s thread by posting discouraging remarks. Members found doing so will be warned.
- Refrain from flaming the seller and vice versa. Members found flaming will be warned. This includes those who are indirectly involved.
- Rules and Regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
- Sellers are encouraged to provide pictures and details of the merchandise(s) they have for sale. This is to avoid misleading information being conveyed to the fellow buyers.
- Traders in general are encouraged to send or to deliver their merchandises using registered post, or any recommended/reliable courier services. REMEMBER to keep the postal receipt or any form of delivery proof for future reference. Public holidays and such complies.
- Merchandises sent using normal registered post (PosLaju) within Peninsular Malaysia, should not consume more than 2 days upon delivery. Overseas transactions would normally consume 2 up to 3 week�s time. Distance between countries complies.
- Traders should be able to provide any proof of transaction upon request. Failure to do so would lead one to be suspicious by the opposing party.
